Meet Christine

After 15+ years working in multiple organizations across several industries, Christine Patterson left corporate leadership roles to fill her "work joy bucket" through consulting engagements. She's found the challenge of customizing solutions for multiple companies and teams both exciting and fulfilling.

Her strength is connecting disparate processes and programs into integrated systems that work together to identify, utilize, and develop talent across the organization. She is an expert in talent identification, succession planning, and leader development and enablement programs, approaches, and tools. One of her joys is facilitating workshops, meetings, and engaging leaders in coaching conversations.
